Just a stone's throw away from Aachen, straight behind the German-Dutch boarder, you will find Maastricht, an about 125.000 residents counting international students stronghold. Every summer, to be exact during the first half of July, the presumably most popular son of the city, André Rieu, comes back to his hometown in order to give some open air live concerts, which represents the cultural highlight of the year, and transfers the city for 14 days into real exceptional circumstances.....
